Separation Technology
Prajna offers customized solutions for the Separation of APIs and API’s intermediates, including highly active APIs and impurity isolation.
Our Team is committed to meeting the needs of every customer while ensuring that our reputation for Innovation quality, compliance.
Conventionally crystallization techniques have been used for impurity removals. However with increasing complexities of chemistry and stringent regulatory requirements, these techniques are unable to give the desired purity levels.
Resins have been used to effectively remove the otherwise un-removable impurities thereby yielding a purer product. Increase in yield (loss of yield in crystallization avoided) is an economical advantage obtained. Apart from these the unique advantage of this technology is that it can be used as a way to create intellectual property and circumvent certain patent issues.
